Intel: Full for both sides
Conditions: Naruto has his demon wind shuriken
Restrictions: Naruto can only stay in base and can only use regular rasengan

Scenario 2: Naruto has no intel and still has the same restrictions and conditions

Hidan wins both scenarios low to mid diff.

Hidan was easily superior in CQC, and I don't know what Naruto even has to put him down or relatively threaten him in scenario 1.

While in scenario 2 he has a tech but he dies before he even knows what happens because there is no intel.
