Each Sharingan holds a special eye Technique?

We've seen that Tobi and Kakashi's sharingan both use Kamui sort of. Uchiha Madara's is SUPPOSEDLY supposed to rewind time(footage from the video game which is non-canon). Itachi uses Tsukuyomi that brings the you to a special dimension where he controls time and nearly everything(Used it on Kakashi in Part 1). Uchiha Shisui uses Kotoamatsukami which no one else has used. Do you think each family or user itself holds a special technique only unique to them?

What video game madara in??? Also what about sasuke (as much as I dislike him) he's the most important uchia what's his special power???

Who knows. Sasuke still hasn't mastered/doesn't know how to use normal Sharingan Techs like Izanagi/Izanami. To be honest, IMO he gained power very rapidly and went through S/MS/EMS in a quick time span without researching on his eyes.

Blaze could be his special technique because he is said to cast Amaterasu with his left eye, and control and manipulate the flames with his right. With EMS, his Susanoo is able to manipulate Amaterasu as well. But I could be wrong, he could've just advanced Amaterasu all together since he has experience manipulating lightning.
