Each individual path of pain

We all know the Rinnegan grants the wielder the capability to master each of the 5 basic nature types. My question is, could each path of pain use, say, a suiton technique, if willed to do so by Nagato. We only saw each path use it's own god-like power to attack konoha and Jiraiya.


Do you guys think it would have been possible for each separate path to use one of the nature types(i.e. Suiton, Doton, Raiton, Katon, Fuuton). Also, if the paths used them, what would the outcome of the invasion been? *_*

Yes but those jutsus are activated via the chakra rods. Nagato merely needs to mold the nature typed chakra and send it to them, and surely they can use that nature type.

It would have been successful, and I think they can since they could produce chakra.
Well gain it, but I think that would have made it harder to control them and waste so much more chakra.

Theoreticaly they could, tobi's paths use their own jutsu's.

I'm not sure about manga but tendo pain did use suiton against kurama in anime...! So quite plausible
