EA's ex-CEO John Maccaroni wanted to introduce things like buyable ammo clips in Battlefield and other shooters (like ~80 cent for one extra ammo clip). They deserve the award.

The poll isn't really a fair representation. It was an on-line poll on Consumerist meaning that it is already swayed. The people who voted probably would have been those who frequent the site, that is people below 40-50 years old, and possibly mainly males. Add into that the horde of 4chan and Reddit users who would've hijacked the poll for the hell of it and it all becomes a bit of a mess.

EA is a bag of **** ! They made Fifa 13 rubbish with all the scripting, momentum and handicap especially when people put money into the game even after they bought it for downloadable content
