Why always the knee, that one just got healed, Roku broke it a while back.
Because there was pure chakra in my knee, the damage is reduced. Still you were able to kick me up into the air. The pure chakra worked a bit like a cushion and slowed your kick a bit (only a bit, the gates are to strong for the pure chakra). Though that one moment was enough to do this

I'm not of captain/master lvl yet, though I had enough training to use some of the energy. That slight moment I had I use to aim the spear in front of me with my left hand. You didn't say from with direction you hit me, so I guess you attacked me from the front.
I doubt the spear will actually hit your body, but I use to do this. As the spear can conduct energy (pure chakra) I use it to release almost it all at once. You're attack goes straight through of course, but the energy I released was enough to lessen the damage. I saved my precious ribs, but just barely!
Still I get blown to the ground. I notice the kunai at the last moment, use the last of the pure chakra and release it by swinging my spear, breaking them.

*I collect some pure chakra from the environment into my spear. I throw it at you, but not with the good technique for spearthrowing. Because I didn't throw it right, it hits the ground before you. However do to the weird angle the spear hit the ground, the back of the spear keeps going(while the point is stuck in the ground). The back point is now at your feet and then you notice the exploding tags who go kaboem*
