Dust Release uses earth wind and fire
So does Sage Art: Lava Release Rasenshuriken, Lava is earth and fire, and Rasenshuriken is wind.

If you ask me I would say that rasen shuriken is the word to describe an elementally infused rasengan, with the element before it to specify the element.
Basically:
Futon RS = Wind
Yoton RS = Lava

No he is mixing his Fuuton (Wind) with the Lava KKG. It's different then combing Earth, Wind and Fire at once.
