This is a short chapter so I'm going to try a new format. Tell me what you think of the story and if I should stick with this format or go back to the old one. Thank you!
Chapter 3-Interrogation
Kakashi used his Sharingan on the boy and put him in a trance like state. "There. He should give you all the information you ask Ibiki. Don't you think he's kind of young to be in Akuatski?" said Kakashi. "You never know;look at what happend to the Uchiha boy." said Ibiki. Kakashi did not respond.
Ibiki cracked his knuckles as he began the interrogation. "Who are you?" asked Ibiki. "My name is Keotsu." the boy replied in the trace. "Keotsu what?" asked Ibiki. Keotsu did not respond. Ibiki looked at Kakashi. "Technically he answered your question. Thats the minimum that the state he's in." replied Kakashi. Returning to the boy Ibiki asked "Are you a member of the Akuatkski? Did you come here after Naruto and his Jinchurri?" Keotsu replied "No, I'm not a member of Akuatski. I think I met a Naruto a few days ago though. He was traveling with some guy named Pervy Sage, who gave me a note for the Hokage. But what's a Jinkurri?"
After determining that Keotsu was not a member of Akuat ski, and not after Naruto they decided to wipe the interrogattion from his mind and tell him when he woke up that he was attacked by bandits and a few guards took him to the village and fought them off. "I'll explain the situation and have him sent to the hospital." said Ibiki. "Fine." said Kakashi who had just picked up the unopened envolope to the Hokage from Jiraiya.
"I'll be back later, I've got something to report to Lady Hokage." said Kakashi. And with that, he left.

I know some of the things here are still kinda confusing so here are some fun facts, irrelevant information, and some details to clarify the story.
Keotsu is right handed. He is only the 12th Twilight child born since the Dusking Eclipse war. At the moment, even though he knows many just (some of which are extremely powerful) he is a genin and about the strength of Kiba. Even though he is a Twilight Child, he is better at light jutsu.
The Guru is the one referred to as HE and HIM in the prologue. He is actually human, but was using ------- when he attacked the Twilight village. He is dark dominant.
Rena is 2 months younger than Keotsu. The inspiration for her name came from Star Ocean.
Diango is 2 months older than Keotsu. The inspiration for his name came from the Japanese games Boktai.
Keotsu is sort of shy (not like Hinata, more like he's distrustful) which will play into a big part of the story. Other than light and dark ( which are not of the 5 basic elemental chakras) he is water dominant. He also uses sword skills.
This arc takes place between Naruto and Shippuden.
