As Keotsu approached the village gate, he wondered what kina of abilities the swordsmen would have. He hadn?t seen another shin obi that really used a sword, except himself. He saw the proctors standing at the gate. ?Umm, How are we.? started Keotsu. ?Don?t worry, this is the lowest ranking of the seven. The highest is Kisame. With people that strong, that?s why this one was assigned, as well as why we are coming along.? said AJ. ?There are the others, lets get going.? said Hasashi as he handed Keotsu a radio.
?Summoning Jutsu!? yelled Kiwii as two leopards appeared. ?These are tracker leopards, and they?ll help us track the ninja.? Kiwii said. ?Alright, AJ you go with Keotsu and Mingus, and I?ll go with Rena and Kiwii. Keotsu knows Kiwii a little better than Mingus, and also has already worked with Rena, so we need to see how he adapts.? said Hasashi.
They had been traveling for nearly a month, and they were at the edge of the radio signal, so they decided that at the end of two days, they would meet at a cliff in the distance. Mingus and AJ where watching the birds fly by, so they didn?t notice the two men in black cloaks with red clouds about to pass them. Something about them made Keotsu tense up, but he couldn?t remember why. They where wearing hats, but he could see one of there eyes. They where blood red. The other man had a huge sword, but didn?t match the description of the man they where looking for. The man with the red eyes made eye contact with Keotsu. Keotsu tensed up out of habit, but nothing happened, and both groups continued in their own direction. A few hours later, Keotsu was sound asleep around the fire. ?Kisame?? said the man. ?What, Itatchi?? asked Kisame. ?That boy earlier, the Leaf with the sword?.? ?Yeah, I know who your talking about.? said Kisame. ?He could prove troublesome?. I looked at him with my Sharingan?They had no effect whatsoever?.? stated Itatchi. ?None? Your eyes?? asked Kisame surprised. ?Yes. ? stated Itatchi. ?Hmm?Someone immune to Sharingan?That would be an interesting opponent.? said Kisame.
As they where walking, Keotsu and Mingus started to talk. They had a lot in common, in the fact that Mingus wasn?t originally from the Sand, and that they both liked to draw. ?Wow, some of these look like photos.? said Keotsu. ?Thanks, I did a lot of drawing in my spare time.? Mingus was the first to notice that they had reached their destination. ?We need to wait for the others.? he said. It was two hours later when the others appeared.
?Alright, you see that beach over there?? asked Hasashi. They nodded. Our target is there. We need to make a strategy before we engage.? ?Hmm? Well, I can fight from any range, and Rena can too, but is better with mid range attacks. Mingus is a short range fighter, and Kiwii is short range. I?ve got a new technique I want to try, and, wait, how is this? How about?..? and Keotsu explained his plan. After about two hours of changes, they had their strategy. ?Is everyone ready? There is no turning back after this.? said Hasashi. They all nodded, and took their positions in the forest around the ninja, and waited for the sun to rise.
As the sun came up, Keotsu and his Water Clones each activated a Celestial Meteor, right as a wave crashed, as to disguise the noise. They all nodded. ?Meteor shower.? Keotsu whispered under his breath. They all threw the techniques towards the ninja. During the explosions, Mingus placed his hands on the ground, and when the smoke had cleared, the ninja where all inside a gargantuan cage of bone.
?Ugh, and I thought I was going to get to fish.? said the swordsmen, pulling out a sword that looked more like a saw. Just then, Mingus shot bullets of bone from his fingers. The man blocked most of them, but one of them caught his arm. ?Okay, now I?m mad. I was going to enjoy my day, until you came along!? Keotsu was actually starting to feel bad, but had to remind himself that this was the enemy.
The Ninja surrounded their enemy. He swung his sword, and Keotsu was surprised to suddenly find senbon sticking out of his arms. ?Be careful, he stores needles in his sword!? yelled Keotsu. Mingus made two spikes come out of his hands. ?I can protect myself from them. You guys wait until I make him run out of needles.? said Mingus as he rushed towards the enemy.
