Durarara?

Ok so I'm 3 episodes into this and I'm just curious what the f ck it's supposed to be about, I guess I'm just curious if there's more action coming or is there some reveals coming or something? So far it's just been replaying the first episode from diff perspectives, is it worth following through and watching the whole thing??

why don't you just keep watching the remaining episodes and see for yourself?
not every story has to spoil all it's shit after only 3 episodes and yes, there will be more action and reveals that are told through different perspectives

First of all it's Durarara!! Exclamation marks not question marks lol. And yes it's a good show, it's more about the mystery than the action but there's action. Durarara!! like Bacano!(same creator) is about telling a story from multiple perspectives and how the choices affect each character.

Yea Baccano is older, a couple characters Miria and Issac pop up in Durarara!! as nice call back. Baccano! also helps get you used to the style as it focuses on who should get to be the main character in a story. If you haven't watched Baccano! yet you really should it's a great example of story telling ability and it has one of the best dubbings I've heard.

I understood the idea (plot/story) behind Durarara!!, the first Durarara!! after 2 or 3 times of watching it. Just like what chopstickchakra said. I personally love this anime at least for being away from school thing and students. Even though there are, but very little. Mostly events take place in streets and adult characters instead of teenagers. I hate this stuff. So repetitive. Durarara!! isn't like that and I'm glad. I need to be in the mood to watch the next seasons.

You have to keep watching about 10 ep in to really understand it. Just know that it's a story of how different characters lives interlock in this town

Lol no there isn't a crazy amount of action, read the genere its a psychologial mystery/thriller.

If you like getting involved with characters and enjoy dynamics between said characters then watch, if you don't and can't handle things that have a decent amount of dialogue and involve you thinking about things, don't watch.

The plot is alright, action is minimal.
