Honestly, how durable are they? Whole dressrosa couldnt damage birdcage, not even samurai and zorro could slice with haki swords.

I imagine they can't be cut but I believe bending them is possible.

Less durable than Sea stone, which they cannot cut.

Durable enough to restrain the likes of Jozu, Top 3 of a Yonkou's crew with enough strength to tear out a huge chunk of ice. Considering we talk about single threads, which he can magnify by wattle a bunch of them. And as you mentioned, not cuttable by Zorro and the Samurai. Sharp enough to slice Bobby Funk's back, on which a Haki imbued axe shattered.

Haki is only as strong as the user obviously zoro wasn't stronger than dolflamingo YET! Luffy was a little stronger than him as we saw, honestly dolflamingo was stronger than I though, I wonder hownstromf kaido is gonna be.

Only birdcage is like that. It's a semi circle string that has no corners, you're not going to be able to cut that. And new strings keep forming over the new one making it pointless to try and cut it.
