I've just got back from watching the Boruto movie. 10/10 far superior than the last.
But this isn't going to be a review thread(thank god).

Anyways in the movie it stated that Momoshiki was indeed the threat kaguya feared. Which begs the question why did some spoilers call him "kaguya's retainers"? Either i miss something or sasuke was tracking down someone he can take on himself smh.

Momoshiki, who had passed from being an ogre into a comrade-eating fiend and transformed into a inhumane demon, began to suck in the chakra from his surroundings.
He was even draining the chakra that was beyond the parallel dimension he’d made. Sasuke could clearly see the stream with his rinnegan.
It could mean only one thing.
“Don’t tell me he’s…!”
“Aa. He plans to indiscriminately eat up all of this star’s chakra.”
They couldn’t allow such a thing to happen.
This wasn’t a problem of scrambling for the bijuu anymore.
This was a question of whether mankind who lived on this star would be able to greet tomorrow.
“There will be destruction.”

Something like that should give him a pretty high threat level

Their fusion should be above Sasuke.

Lmao no. There was more fighting than talking in that fight. Naruto and sasuke were very exhausted from fighting momo tho.

I agree. No offense to Japanese people but the Japanese version's characters literally all sound exactly the same
