Windows 7 home edition 64
compaq presario cq57 notebook pc
amd e-350 processor, 1600 mhz ,2 core, 2 logical processor

I don't know what you're asking. If you're asking if you can change your graphics card, you can't since you have a laptop. If you're asking if you can run high settings, you can't because your specs seem weak/no discrete gpu.

On a laptop, no, you cant change, or add a graphics card
