With her attempt to save all of them, she couldn't heal a single one to a truly stable condition. They were all severely wounded. The entire healing process was slow as a whole.

I don't think that had she left the other kages alone, that she'd been able to completely heal herself. Heal herself more, probably. But completely? I doubt it. Then again, we won't ever now.

However, outside of this scenario and had the fight not gotten to the point it did (she used her seal repeatedly and did give chakra boosts to the other kage), I do think she'd have been able to heal herself using Katsuyu for herself alone and also since her chakra reserves would have been higher.

Exactly they were all in terrible conditions and she had enough chakra to stabilize all 4 of them, if she used it all to herself she could have saved herself. Not to mention she summoned Katsuyu already and still had chakra to keep
