or Him forgetting that he needed to use senjutsu to be able to attack Obito, he is still one of my favorite characters thou.
Maybe if his personality was always like sasuke, the manga would be a tad bit boring, but he has the serious side of him which I like. It was less painful than sasuke emo phase, I am so glad that sasuke is back.

I can't think of anyone to be honest. No one is really dumb in Naruto Some have higher intelligence than others and use their skills better, but I wouldn't even say Guy and Lee are dumb. silly and goofy and a bit extreme but no, not dumb.

1. He didn't know the 4th Hokage was his father even tho they looked the same and everybody says you have the 4th Hokages legacy, he mastered the Rasengan aka created by the 4th Hokage Jiraya said you remind of the 4th Hokages several times.
2. Chases after the guy who tried to kill him and the deadliest uchiha of his time.
3. Thinks Sakura likes him even tho she says ohhhh Sasuke all the time in front of him.
4. Doesn't know Hinata likes him.
5. Took him a couple of minutes to figure out who the Sage of The Six Paths is.
Etc....

Naruto is not really retarded, guys. Certainly not in battle.

However, either Gai or Lee take the cake here. I thought it was pretty obvious.

Kiba's not as dumb as people make out, he is just rash (rash does not equal dumb). He has shown a could of noteworthy intelligence feats, but they aren't like shikamaru level or anything.

• Has committed to memory the scent of all of Konoha's population, and potentially some of the shinobi alliance
• Figured out how to counter Ukon's cellular infiltration jutsu pretty dam fast, then set a multi-level trap all without Ukon noticing all whilst being grievously wounded
• Has shown multiple times (chuunin exam and Sakon fight) that he can recognise when he is being rash, at that point he will stop and calmly analysis the situation at hand.

As I said they aren't super intellectual feats but Kiba definitely isn't dumb....

Kiba is fodder and is stupid.
