There exists a "Absurd Body Proportions" group in the OP World. Its comprised of various 'sub' groups, clubs garthered by certain body shapes.
Garp is the spokesman for the all time classic "Giant Barrel Chest and Small Limbs" club.
After a great battle with much bloodshed and torn measuring tapes, Whitebeard beat Sengoku for spokesman for "Tiny Head Posed on Super-Thick Neck Shaped as a Triangle".
Vergo applied for membership for the "Tiny Head on a Thick Neck Shaped like a Triangle" club of Absurd Body Proportions but was rejected because his head wasn't small enough and while his neck is thick, its not the true triangle like Whitebeard.
The ultimate slap in the face was Garp laughing that his body proportions are too close to normal. This stung Vergo so bad that things stick to his face to this day.
In revenge, Vergo created the "Awesome Necks thickened by Haki" club. When Monet pointed out that Haki hardens, not thickens, he yells at her for trying to ruin his fun.
The only strawhat that is a member of a "absurd body proportions" club is Usopp. Franky was declined on the fact that his current body proportions are artificial and told he needs to go find clubs for oddly shaped cyborgs.
In a three-way battle between Usopp, Kaku and Buggy for oddest nose, it was Usopp that won. Boggy kept attacking anyone that mentioned his red nose and Usopp defeated Kaku by a nose tip.
Therefore.....
Usopp isn't just a member of the "Wierdest Nose" club, he's the president.
