[Question] Dumb going merry question

Say big mom puts some life in the going merry (I know its destroyed) but its very clear that the going merry has its own will so would it be subserivent to the will of the going merry or big mom?

Also since it was made clear the merry had its own will could big mom "kill" it with her df?
