To use jutsu shinobi perform hand signs to tell their body what to do.
Then they focus chakra to perform that jutsu.
Summoning jutsu works the same way by summoning to wherever the chakra is being focused.
The FTG seals contain the user's chakra the same way a shadow clone works.
If he can summon himself to a seal then why can't he summon other seals to it.
Therefore Minaturd can switch anything with his chakra around.
This means that when someone has a seal placed on themselves they can be reported around without
being in contact with the user.
I was wondering if someone had enough chakra control then could he also teleport people that are only holding a kunai by
putting more chakra into the kunai seal?
Had the idea from shikamaru using asuma's shuriken for the shadow thingy.
