from what i understand i agree with the black guy. the problem is not simply how much money do people make on avarage (although it's still a valid data to look at and try to understand). the problem is lack of education and options. and that is the problem of the government. black people and women are not given the same investment in education that is given to white males and as a result have a harder time getting a better job and making enough money for their children to have better education and options.
if black people from the ghetto would get the same education and collage opportunities as white people from non poverty parts. very quickly we will se how poverty levels lower and how the avarage salary gets higher.
This is bullshit. Blacks get the same opportunity that whites get in school; Them squandering it is their own business. don't put that on the government.
No matter what school a minority goes too, if the student gets the grades they can go anywhere they want.
the actual problem is black culture. If a young black student starts to do well, they are shunned by their peers. Now how is that the government's fault?
BTW, I could make the case that asians are worse off than whites when it comes to "opportunity" aswell, but they don't seem to have an issue making it into college. Its their culture
