First let me start with sharingan......
we all know that MS and EMS are very strong and have tons of utilities.even with a single eye user can cast strong genjutsu and read opponents movements to near perfection.when both eyes combine many super badass things come like amaterasu, tsukoyomi, susanoo and thats not all even izangi and izami which sums up as strongest fire tech , strongest genjutsu and a neary perfect defence.a total of 5 very strong techs.And what just rinnegan have up untill now just six paths ,though very strong but they dont surpass sharingan with a big lead which they are supposed to do.
now it is clear that 2 eyes can give rise to much much stronger things.like sharingan give the strongest fire tech may be because of the uchiha thing.but with chakra of all elements the two rinnegan can give rise to strongest ones of every kind,even combination of chakra.madara can even make them limbo techniques meaning that they r in other world but madara can switch them when needed to give 100% accuracy.also many new offtrack ones can be introduced by kishi.like even endo madara can pull perfect S so some op summoning or anything can easily be expected now.
now the case with nagato and obito.remember that madara had his eyes implanted in nagato at very small age so his body can get adjusted to them.also when his rinnegan activated he used to loose control just like obito said in this weekS chapter.also inspite of having two rinne he camt use them to extreem because that would demand extreem pressure on body.he even barely withstood chibaku tensie.and obito couldnt have both of them as it would have given no time to his body to adjust like nagato whose only activated ones in a while.......
So in my views next chapter should be named THE WRATH OF 2 RINNEGANS
