Such as taking tailed beasts chakra and the Rinnegan shift. Since Sasuke has the same chakra as Madara, his left Rinnegan gives him the "Full Potential" of his Rinnegan pair.

--Limbo is non factor, when Juubito has the rinnegan to be able to see the clones and has the ability to damage the clones as well, not to mention that he is faster than the limbos and has more than enough durability and reflexes to tank/react to their attacks

--Madara on the other hand as nothing at all, against the firepower of juubito, when the latter can use his Drop Slams, TSB and quad juubi damas to eradicate him and his constructs completely

Your condition doesn't even make sense. To awaken the Rinnegan, you need the Yin and Yang of Rikudou's Chakra, hence why Madara awoke them. And secondly, merging the Chakra of the Bijuu was not a Rinnegan ability. And thirdly, Sasuke's Rinnegan doesn't give the user full potential of the Rinnegan, otherwise we would have seen Sasuke overpowering Naruto effortlessly.

Anyway, Madara low-mid diff. I don't know if you gave him Senjutsu, but Rikudou's Chakra has properties of Natural Energy, so his techniques can damage Obito. And seeing as how Double Rinnegan Madara's techniques are a country scale, Obito will die brutally. Raindrop of Chibaku Tensei would shatter Obito's defences. With 5 Limbo clones surrounding Obito, each can blitz him left and right. Asura Path missiles at the hands of the original wielder of the Rinnegan easily nukes Obito. Not to mention the gravitational forces of Deva Path, Preta Path to absorb Obito's techniques, etc. Let's not also forget Madara is able to control Obito's body by his will. And Perfect Susanoo greater than Sasuke's, giving Madara's possession of Rikudou's full amount of Chakra.
