That's somewhat of a misconception.

You see left eye is for distance while right eye is for mid range.

So as you can see here, Obito warped away kaguya's ash bone with his right eye:

So by using that mid range with his right eye, that cancels the opportunity of using the right eye intangibility.
And this will happen:

If it were off on a distance (long range), then he would be able to use his left eye effectively.
But even when off a distance, he still won't be able to go intangible because it is a requirement for his body to be on earth while casting a foreign object into the distant world of kamui.

You can't "kamui snipe," somebody billions of miles away in a different galaxy/dimension.

But I dont think he can snipe his opponent when his head is inside Kamui dimension because he activate Kamui intangibility

thing is his head is not in kamui dimension but gets sent to the kamui dimension the moment sth touches his head...we see this when part of obito`s face/mask is sent to kamui dimension and the rest of the body is not,meaning the only parts of the body that are in the kamui dimension are those that overlap/touch sth in the current dimension

based on this kakashi should be able to be in his intangible mode and snipe at the same time....as long as sth doesnt touch his head or eyes for example(in that case his head/eyes would be sent to the other dimension and he wouldnt be able to use his snipe)
