Just like TSM, DSM has its own specific abilities.
The both have shown distinct ninjutsu, genjutsu, even kinjutsu, but I don't think DSM has its own taijutsu like TSM'S Frog Kata. Kabuto showed no strength feats( even struggled with Itachi) nor distinct fighting style, not that I am surprised, they are snakes after all.

How do they compensate? Do they have a wider list of jutsu, higher sensitivity in sensory, or seeing how CM is derived from is the flesh manipulation thing (+hardened body) part of DSM?
Let me know what you think down below.

While it's true that they don't have any particular taijutsu style or something like that, the Dragon Sage Mode does indeed increase taijutsu powers by quite a damn bit. Kabuto got incredible speed (Enough to dodge Sasuke's arrows) and unlike what you're saying he actually took on Itachi pretty easily in taijutsu (He did manage to cut him in half after all).

Well he did get a strength increase. Chakra dissection blade ripped Itachi in half. Obviously the sensory is better, basically the feats for the two SM are based on the animal it's based off of. toad sage(or amphibian) it has has more strength and snake/dragon sage has has better sensing skills and harder body.

If there was an Insect sage mode that would be OP.

well the jutsus used by his Dragon Sage Mode, seem more effective at capturing your enemies than Toad Sage Mode Jutsus...

Wasn't that thanks to his sensory ability? Regardless my main point was strength. There didn't seem to be an incrrase .

Chakra dissection is a jutsu enhancement, but I get your point.

If you mean dodging the arrow it requires tremendous speed as well.

Sensing the attack alone isn't enough to dodge it.

As far as I could see, DSM sensorial abilities were far more superior than TSM. They can sense with the skin, and with the smell. DSM users can see without using their eyes. And, I also noted a huge improvement in its ninjutsu and genjutsu power.

Naruto did that in the toads mouth remember? He too can see with no eyes as far as sensing chakra. The way i look at it, Naruto has barley topped the scale of potential of TSM due to kurama not supporting him at first. However i do agree that Kabuto displayed more abilities that would indicate DSM superior than TSM, but that doesn't mean it is. Another thing you have to remember is Naruto has on a time limit in his training so i am sure there is a lot more to learn about TSM.

Nope, Naruto mastered TSM. He doesn't learn the ninjutsu, but the mode itself was perfect.
