If you mean itachi's Susano, so no he can warp it easily since it isn't that big
Kakashi before taking obito's chakra was able to warp whole gedo's arm in a part of second
Pre war arc kakashi was able to warp diedra 's explosion which was nearly as big as itachi full susano
With obito's chakra he will be able to warp even a bigger objects
If you mean sasuke's susano ,kakashi can warp its head,forehead or Jewel along with sasuke
And there is possibility that long range kamui can warp objects behind transparent walls like Susano and bm avatar
I remember that kakashi warped the hachibi while he was inside bm naruto 's avatar
The transparent cloak didnt block kakashi long range kamui as long as he can see his target

Senju dna doesn't heal the decreasing eye sight unless you get a rinnengan if that were the case wouldn't Madara eye have healed from Izanagi.
