Oh okay, E/T is restricted.
Anyways, Nagato uses Bansho Tennin and Human Path, as well as extra arms from the Asura Path to hold him down (he's been shown to use all three at once). There goes DSM Kabuto, dead.

It should have been obvious that he meant for Edo to be restricted in this fight. Anyway Kabuto definitely wins this.

Human Path- Kabuto can simply liquefy.

Preta Path- Wouldn't really be useful in this fight considering is main offense is Muki Tensei which manipulates nonliving matter so it can't be absorbed. Sucking chakra from Kabuto is also obviously a KO for Nagato.

Naraka Path- More of a defensive path, won't really help or hurt anyone in this match.

Deva- CST has been restricted and due to the location I don't even think CT can be used. Basic BT and ST won't hurt Kabuto at all, not when he has Karin+Oro's healing prowess. If he pulls him in with BT he can split into many water clones so Nagato can't get a hold of him.

Asura- He can evade these blasts via Sage Sensing. If he gets hit then he uses Oral Rebirth.

Animal- Again, due to location I don't think summons can even be used here.

Kabuto's White Rage or Sound Genjutsu will lead to his victory as White Rage releases blinding light and deafening sound along with paralyzing pain. All of which Kabuto is immune to so once he hits Nagato with that its over. Also the cave amplifies this as we saw in the manga.

Sound Genjutsu is obviously pumped with Senjutsu chakra so it is much stronger than Tayuya's version. If Itachi and Sasuke needed help to break out I highly doubt Nagato can do it by himself. Sound also echoes due to the cave so Nagato will definitely get caught just like the Uchiha Bros did.

Not to mention Kabuto basically knows a lot about Nagato while Nagato doesn't even know Kabuto exists.

Kabuto wins. Honestly, Pain would stand a better chance as White Rage and Sound Genjutsu are useless against him.

Kabuto takes this fairly easily as the most problematic Petra path is simply countered by absorbing natural energy from the surrounds. Speed and using terrain as a weapon also goes to is advantage.

Isn't White Rage a ninjutsu? What stops Nagato from either stopping it with Shinra Tensei or using Preta Path?

He can't absorb Muki Tensei but he can deflect it, or use one of his smaller summons - panda, crab - to block it.

I can't see Kabuto winning since he has no real way of hurting Nagato. Nagato outlasts him since his chakra is easily top 5.

Pushing it away won't stop it from releasing the light, it can also be used long range so he doesn't need to use it anywhere near Nagato thus he can't absorb it.

Muki Tensei isn't a factor in this fight.

The guy was about to swallow Sasuke and he bisected Itachi. Of course he has a way to hurt him.

Kabuto constantly gets Senjutsu chakra due to Jugo's cells. Nagato isn't outlasting him.

Using White Rage technique, Kabuto makes Nagato a perfect target to be one shotted by attacks like Muki Tensei. As the White Rage technique continues its effect for a longer period, Nagato could be attacked within Shinra Tensei's cooldown, if it appears he will able to even use it under the effect of Kabuto's technique.
