It was when he claimed Naruto wouldn't counter Hakugeki because Itachi was the one that came up with the strategy of beating Chibaku Tensei, but that scenario doesn't really apply since Naruto didn't have intel on the Jutsu (He wasn't in control when Pain used it, and the only intel he got was given to him from villagers after the fact)

That was more a feat of Itachi being able to counter a Jutsu with little intel and has nothing to do with Naruto countering with intel
Naruto does not possess intel on white rage.

He simply meets it with another Jutsu like FRS with his superior speed and reactions. I saw EJblack trying to use a CIS argument on you, Saying Naruto's to dumb to coutner but that really only ever applied to one scenario later in the manga.

Naruto has never ever encounter this jutsu, and thats assuming he can create a FRS first, then move before it denotes. The jutsu was found unpredictable to even Itachi himself.

Actually we have seen it twice in the same scenario. Against Nagato when he has to think for himself (Nagato with Pretra activated and not just again CT).

- He met Kakuzu's attack with a Fuuton: Rasegan, met Sasuke's Chidori with Rasengan countless times, met Sasuke's arrows with Gudodama, used FRSBD to counter Chibaku Tensei downpour, used FRS to counter the Juubi's Mokuton stakes, so "he just wouldn't" is a poor argument.

Which was supported by Yamato so you have no idea that Naruto thought about that alone.
Fighting Sasuke his whole life so I dont expect him to forget their 1on1 clashes, theres no unpredictable attacks to each other.
Didnt fought Juubi alone, and the Juubi's attack's option was to destroy the spikes or else it kills you. That move isn't unpredictable.

So Ill repeat again, Naruto has never shown to where can he think for himself in tight situation, when moves/character occur unpredictable.

Even if it did detonate, I doubt Naruto would have a hard time molding chakra anyway. He was able to mold all of the chakra he gave the alliance during Tenchi Pi. Which given its level of destruction [ ][ ] would far exceed Hakugeki in that disorientating manner (That level of explosion would posses all the same qualities but at a much higher level)

That makes no sense. How does able to giving out chakra mean he counters White Rage. How is Tenchi remotely close to how White Rage works. Because TBB is far more destructive, it formulates sound, light, and vibrations superior to what White Rage can produce? Does that mean everyone in the SA with cloak on can counter White Rage due to tanking Tenchi?

Theses aren't counters.

Read my points again, as I didn't just point out CT. Being in control from Kurama doesn't mean he remembered what happen. .
