Well U got a point there but it is safe to assume that the gate was not completly distroyed by Tobirama's jutsu as we can still the shape of the gate.

Here U can see Gamakichi and other summons being alot smaller than the gate that was holding Juubi's tail(top panel lef corner). Kyuubi would be still smaller than that gate even if we assume that Naruto's Kyuubi is 2X bigger than Gamakichi.

Here U can compare PS with the gates that were holding tails of Juubi.

It clearly shows where the Juubi's head once were. That scan can basically draw a full circle.

So maybe if you draw if you link all the gates together, the radius will show you Juubi's height in this scan?:

Sound is sound. It worked on sound genjutsu because they couldn't hear the sound. White rage's sound will also be muffled.
