It's the very same. OP even limited mokuton bushin and PS because he knows how much of a rape spree this is.

EMS, Rinnegan, Mokuton techs and juubi sized katon are too much for any solitary opponent under SM hashirama's level and even SM hashi lost.

Since kabuto has full intel on Madara, while Madara has none on DSM Kabuto. Kabuto takes this with medium difficulty.

Kabuto knows what Madara is capable of, he watched him drop a meteor on the entire alliance...Madara only knows that Kabuto worked with Tobi and he knows Edo tensei.

Madara begins all of his battles by screwing around. Madara vs Shinobi alliance + Naruto, Gaara, and Tsuchikage. Madara vs the 5 kage are perfect examples of how he fights.

Kabuto is going to take this match seriously since he knows that Madara has deadly techs such as meteors and Mokuton.

Kabuto can sound genjutsu him right off the bat and rewrite his tag, or he can use Kidomaru's web and trap him because Madara does not possess Amaterasu.

Tl;Dr: DSM Kabuto med difficulty.
