First , i think Edo madara and Edo itachi aren't included ,since they broke kabuto's control

Madara has used his sharingan abilities through clones. Naruto clones can use any ability he can. They can even make more clones. Why couldn't Kakashi use multiple Kamui snipes from clones.

Remember this can all be considered if Kakashi decides not to snipe him off rip.

Then he will have no idea where Kabuto will be or mirages along with blinding mist, while Kabuto can sense him. Then you have powerful Edos on top of that forcing him to go intangible, such as Madara wood clones. Or facing Madara in general.

There is literally to many things to write down on how much overwhelming strategy Kabuto can do to take this with ease.

Madara has used his sharingan abilities through clones. Naruto clones can use any ability he can. They can even make more clones. Why couldn't Kakashi use multiple Kamui snipes from clones.

We dont know Madara MS abilities via right and left eyes. So bringing that up isnt helping your argument.

Naruto: No clones cannot use any ability he can. Clones cannot go full Buijuu Mode along with firing Buijudama.

Another example would be Hashirama. His clones specifies that it cannot go SM with the original caster.

So the manga displays that clones are limited to what jutsu and abilities the original can do

He isn't sniping anything off, if anything, Kabuto puts the useless ones in the front lines to go out.

Flying PS is a ***** to handle. Only long range will be useful at this point. But its defence blocks 98% of anything Kabuto and his arsenals have.

Sound Genjutsu and Flying Dan ghost would suffice.

I wonder if Haku ice mirror can transport others.
