Not only does BM have a time limit he doesn't have anyway to deal with edo's. Nagato sends back Bijuudama's; then Deidara proceeds to nuke himself which would tear Kurama avatar up most likly destroy it completely. Jinton beams could obliterate the Kurama avatar as well etc to many factors he siding against Naruto.
