Rasengan won't take out someone who has Oro's cells and jutsu+Karin's healing+a Suigetsu like jutsu. Same goes with Kunai attacks. So Kabuto uses Muki Tensei to try and gather Minato's markings into one place and then kills him off when he can't run. Worst thing is he just outlasts. Same happens in scenario 2. No Rasengan Minato has shown on panel is going to defeat Kabuto.

I mean is this an arena? Because if not minato just flees after wasting all his chakra because minato wont get hit without white rage kabuto can turn to liquid.
Then again if minato catches him off guard her could hit him before he turns to liquid which is entirely possible but kabuto knows about FTG so Kabuto mid-low diff if minato is forced to stay there

Kabuto's passive regen is enough to tank a Rasengan that catches him off guard.

Could Minato seal Kabuto? I don't know his sealing feats.
