Kabuto wins, unlike Kisame, Kabuto's sage sensory abilities would have seen the double lariat coming, he has sound genjutsu, White Rage tech would make it difficult to dodge or keep their lightning armor up when he starts busting out Muki Tensei.

You have to give Kabuto's speed and reaction time credit, dodging Susano'o arrow and wagging your finger about it is something.

Hah yeah +rep! Lol. I agree. I don't think his speed and reaction time are put into consideration as much as it should be in a vs matchup. along with being very smart he has tough jutsus to work around.

His intell is another story entirely, despite being a whiny, directionless kid who doesn't kow whats up, he is close to Itachi's intellignce level (which is a departments in which A and B are both sorely lacking)
