I (we) dont know the extent of Muki Tensei. CT needs to be destroyed with destructive power. Kabuto controlling a few rocks isnt necessarily a counter, CT would overpower him.

How do you presume the controlled rocks would actually destroy? Especially if Nagato were to increase its power

The reason as to why Chibaku Tensei can't be destroyed so easily is because of the rocks surrounding and Kabuto here will be controlling those rocks so he can directly pierce the core itself unlike Naruto, Itachi and Bee who had to destroy the rocks as well.

He meant we don't know the range of Muki Tensei. I doubt Kabuto would be able to control rocks that are way up into the sky.

Hmm i still dont see this working, gravity would prevail in this situation, i honestly dont see it overpowering the pressure of CT,

Once I get home ill look over this, it's interesting and nothing i would initially consider. Sobefore i completely write it off, ill look them up more carefully

Yes this is what i meamt, also the range in how many inanimate objects he can control

That's definitely not an option. Kabuto will have to get close in order to control the rocks of Chibaku Tensei because he has to actually touch those rocks, but considering that Chibaku Tensei will pull him up along with the rocks, Kabuto will be there as well so he can touch the rocks. And of course, he wouldn't die because of his ability to turn into body fluids.
