What can Minato do to Kabuto?

ST Barrier or FTG deals with anything Kabuto throws at him.

Half of Kyuubi makes sure Minato outlasts Kabuto.

What can Minato do to Kabuto?

Well, he can always use a Rasengan. =D
Of course Kabuto has great healing abilities even before he stole all those people's abilities, but
he hardly made it against part 1 Naruto's rasengan, and Minato's base Rasengan was stronger than even Naruto's
rasengan with KCM. You can see the difference between them from the impact they had in obito. Now, kabuto admitted
how great the jutsu can be with KCM, as when mentioned Naruto's power because it took Mu a lot of time to recover from Naruto's attack. I don't believe that Kabuto's healing abilities is as great as edo regeneration!

When we come to summoning Kabuto's snakes can be deal with by the frogs + Minato can give the frogs his KCM chakra
to make them even stronger, and you should know that the frogs have really strong jutsus.

for the other stolen power, Kabuto has the sound 5 Jutsus! The three that do matters are
1- Tayuya's genjutsu! Which is useless here because Minato is a jin, so genjutsu has no effect on him. Not to mentioned
even Shikamaru was able to get out of that genjutsu!

2- Kimi & Kido's power can be dodge with FTG.

and Minato can use his clones as well, so even if he was hit by some jutsus he just can use the
Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique to replace himself with his clone.

Kabuto as a sage has 2 jutsus. The one with the rocks, and I don't see how is that going to hit Minato honestly
and it has to be done in a cave! The other one is the Dragon, but unlike the Uchiha's susanoo, Minato's mode won't
go off! And we know how strong the KCM is, or do you know not?

Also, Kabuto in his battle with the uchiha brothers
1- They did not want to kill him
2- their jutsus were slow compare to him and thus he was able to dodge them, but I don't see Kabuto faster than Minato!
3- itachi's jutsu the izanami sucks!

worst possible scenario they both are going to die via the raper death! Minato still has his long named jutsu which we
don't know what it does, so that may change a lot of things when it comes out, I suppose!

Minato can use a clone to teleport Manda far far away and apply a contract seal on the snake to break its contract with Kabuto(easier than fighting it)

Kabuto was hit by Sasuke's arrow and Itachi's sword slash before he could turn liquid so that means he can get Rasengan'd before he thinks of defending himself. FTG aint no joke.

Then he'll be sealed with a Four Symbols Seal
