This is what it does

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user expels a dragon-like entity from their mouth that carries an orb in its left front claw. As the dragon tightly coils itself around the orb, it releases both blinding light and deafening sound. This alone greatly hinders those in the vicinity but, due to the intensity of the resulting vibrations, paralysing pain is also induced. Thus, the technique both briefly inhibits the opponent's senses, as well as techniques that require their active concentration.

If Izanami is a bull azzpull power then so is Kabuto's ability to block out ocular genjutsu with his real life snake ability Lol
if he had that then why did he hide his face under a hood all the time for the exact same reason which was to block vision of the sharingan ocular powers. Kishi thought of both those powers for the sake of the fight and isn't actually any azzpull.

How does Hiruzen counter Hakugeki?

Hiruzen can counter Hakugeki by creating a large amount of water and submerging in it. As we all know sound cannot travel from air to water and vice versa so hiruzen won't be affected by the techniques sound.

Hiruzen has shown keen senses. He was able to find hashirama and tobirama even when they used bringer of darkness against him so hiruzen has no problem fighting while blinded.

Kabuto like suigetsu will be vulnerable to hiruzen's massive lightning release attacks. Which can easily subdue him should he try to use the hydryfication technique.

Kabuto also ain't suprising hiruzen with oro style replacement and other snake related techniques since hiruzen was oro's teacher and also fought oro.

The best kabuto can hope for is to outlast hiruzen since he has better stamina or use edo tensei and seal the old monkey's fate

That will not work.

he would have to do that before he uses the jutsu. as he will be paralyzed and unable to cast a jutsu. hiruzen has no intel on the jutsu so i doubt he would even know to do that. besides hiruzen does not have such a jutsu. No one but kisame has a jutsu to submerge themselves in water.

Oh look outdated information...hmm look part one chapters.... is that databook one?? only information from part one?? lol as if the data books dont change. in data book 2 madara was tobi....data books only give guidlines they are not absolute law. people act as if kishimoto does not change his mind.
