2. oro naturally stronger than minato. oro is the only person minato can't beat like other ppl

4. Manda 2 >>>>>>>> other toads. let's face it. the way Manda was manhandling Gamabunta, Manda could take on 2 frogs at once. Manda 2 could probably take on 3, possibly 4.
