Kabuto can contol any inanimate object via Muki Tensei and if I am correct, Jiraiya and Minato aren't flying in the air. In other words, Kabuto uses the earth beneath Jiraiya and Minato to stab Jiraiya. You must be crazy if you believe Sound Genjutsu works only in caves because as far as I remember, Tayuya and Shikamaru did not fight each other in a cave

When Oro was cut in two he wasn't stunned by White Rage. If he is stunned he can't use Oral Rebirth, thus he melts.
