Not particularly, there's a lot of privileged people who are white but there's other factors to their privilege besides their skin tone such as income, or attractiveness or influence etc. It also depends on the area, universally does white privilege exist, is there white privilege in Asia? Most would say no but in a predominantly white area like America most of the people who will catch advantages will be white. The biggest accessibility to privileges in America is determinate upon class imo. So universally no, in instance yes, was this an instance, no.
