Yo so my fat dumbass Mexican friend, who has a history with lying, gets fuc*ked up blacked out drunk (who is on the football team, and is a huge mooch off people) takes my other passed out blacked out friends big ass (silver) Jeep Wrangler, and goes out to go have a quickie of some kind with a girl (cheating on his girl friend who lives miles away from us).
When my friend left, another (sober) friend of mine, thought he heard something outside, and also had a bad feeling about him driving off drunk (there is no stopping this kid from driving drunk it's an argument that will fail) so he went to go check out his own car (I then arrive at the scene at the same time) and then he checks another friend of our's car and the right side of his front bumper is just ****ed and has silver paint on it.
We tell our friend what happened and he immediately storms outside checks out his car and calls our drunk ass friend asking if he hit his car - friend denies it - then they get off the phone, my friend calls the drunk friend again and asks him where he was and then the drunk friend said he was heading home.
Argument erupted calmly but immediately. Drunk friend said he didn't do it and that if he hit his car he would stop and have told him and not gone out and he is playing himself to being a victim. The left back end of the jeep is scraped with the camero' paint on it. What do you guys think? Is the drunk friend guilty as charged? I think it's totally fuc*ked if he is really lying to the grave over this. How should this be handled should he deny it to that point
