Let's evaluate, part 1 Lee drunk w/ no gates activated destroyed a restaurant and was a handful for Guy to handle. Multiply that by 7 gates and 10-20 years training/growth. Yeah he'd be a monster. And people saying one would conflict with the other, it's an anime they're both boosts, he'd get both boosts simultaneously.
