The databook states that Madara is the strongest Uchiha, so he wins regardless of any argument. He wins featwise due to having superior Rinnegan abilities to both Sasuke and especially Obito.

db was probably referring to JJ Madara or is outdated unless you are talking about db4. Any version of Madara that isn't a JJ isn't winning against Rinnegan Sasuke.

The statement is made in the beginning on his entry, which blatantly shows Madara during his fight during the Gokage, far before it ever talks about him becoming a jinchuriki.

Obito cannot compete with the other two in anything. At best he fires shots at them while they battle as he avoids with Kamui. Eventually he gets killed and if he doesn't get any significant damage on either one, then Madara would probably win.

who's the slower person who reacted. Madara was testing him and so was Sasuke testing out his new powers Madara knew he was beat so he tried to run and get his other eye. Madara's susanoo is fodder compared to Sasuke's he gets destroyed with no resistance.

As Holy Madara, Naruto and Momoshiki are weaker. As this version, Shin is considerably weaker. Madara got his second eye because he'd be better with it, neither parties even using their full power at the point to determine whether he was in true danger. Their Susano'o should be equal though. Nothing suggests otherwise.
