I used to think that kakashi wins, however now I think madara wins this mid/high diff

Madara wins.

Madara was able to counter FTG. He can dodge Kamui Raikiri without trouble. Only Problem is Kamui Shuriken but he can protect himself by letting his PS and Mokuton jutsus taking the hit. Than the matter is who will outlast the other. The answer is obviously Madara. And I'm not even including his Limbo Clones.

• Kakashi has no Rinnegan to see Limbo nor Rikudou Senjutsu to sense it, so the moment it becomes a CQC, he gets one-shotted. There won't be any Kamui intangibility constantly activated, and if it did, 5 minutes pass out and he gets one-shotted. Long-range Kamui won't work on Limbo, since it's inside a hidden dimension, and Kamui needs to sync Kamui on a dimension that isn't his. Literally no counter to this Jutsu.
  
  
• Kakashi's Rikudou Chakra quality and quantity is far below Madara's. Madara was born with that downgraded Chakra of Indra, and it took 60 years in order to adapt to a fully Rikudou after infusing his genetics with Hashirama's (Ashura), which results to the Rinnegan. All of that is basic biology. Madara has the real Chakra and it's produced from his genetics, while Kakashi's has a very tiny stolen and it's only a Chakra manifestation. This automatically means a superior PS is on his side.
  
  
• Any Rikudou Shuriken is intercepted by Shinra Tensei, Yasaka Magatama, etc. Kamui-Raikiri countered by his reflexes, which countered the instant teleportation: FTG.

Debatable, and even if it will work, it will stop only one of the Shurikens.

Featless ST won't work. Nagato had years to master the Rinnengan. Madara was too old to develop his Rinnengan's abilities. Not to mention, that there were multiple occasions where it would be usefull for Madara to use ST, while fighting the Gokage.

No, databook states all Rinnegan users can access Limbo. The simple fact Nagato and Obito couldn't, is because they lacked its full power and full mastery, and lacked knowledge. It was implied Obito taught Nagato how to use the Six Paths.

not seeing how kakashi loses, how the hell does madara beat him? limbo is irrelevant near ps, sure he cant see or sense them but they cant do jack to him when he is ps so they are a non factor, ps slash negs any mokuton and with rikudous chakra boost means ss gets diced as well, or has its parts warped with kamui shuriken, he warped kaguyas ash bone portal in a split sec before she could acess it, madara gets his ass warped or gets cut apart with kamui raikiri.

Just a thought, wouldn't Madara's shinsuusenju get a major boost? Jukai koutan was on a totally different level when Madara used it to ensnare everyone in the world lol

Actually when you think about it Madara could take this.

-ST or Yasaka Magatama Counters Kamui Shuriken

-SM can sense the build up to Kamui so Madara can dodge it or block Kakashi's Line of Sight

-It comes down to who Has the stronger PS. Kakashi's is powered up by Rikudou Chakra but so is Madara.

-Limbo Clones and Wood Clones are going to be a pain to deal with. If Kakashi gets fooled and Snipes the wrong one then he gets killed from the other dimension when he goes intangible.
