Not really, Minato can boost sasuke and hashirama with chakra cloaks and flying Raijin them at whatever moment since their chakra will be connected thats a huge factor, it will probably also increase sasuke's visual prowess along with hash's wood style since it helped kakashi's kamui he estimated to be 3x more powerful.
