Orochimaru likely knows the jutsu code to slip through the barrier undetected as Itachi did, for it is only plausible for the many times he has sneaked into Konoha undetected.

I never stated that the Shinigami Mask hold different souls, my theory was that the mask can reverse a sealing jutsu, and empower a sealing jutsu to extensive lengths.

Plus, the Uzumaki Clan had scattered around the world.. Orochimaru, didn't have their DNA to use Edo Tensei on them.

Its already been proven in the manga that the mask is a part of a unsealing technique, and in your conclusion ypu state that you theorize that it was used too seal kurama in early uzumaki hosts. Ill disagree mito kuramas first host was said too seal kurama within herself, and then kurama was then resealed intoo naruto so mom, and the only items that seems too be consistent is the alter that naruto was placed onto when kurama was being resealed into himself.

Sorry for the double post but im using my mobile phone ... Look at the chapter called thank you on pg. 7. Furthermore the mask in my opinion is too similar too the sages sacred treasures, and possibly the 7 swords of the mist and reaffirms my beleif that the sage was Uzumaki. Lastly im pretty sure narutos mother and mito have their bodies in the leaf, as well as kabuto had little trouble getting his hands on kind and ginkakuso dna as well as nagatos. So if anything the scattering of the uzumaki worked in orochimarus favor, on tops of he could have gone back too the source of the clan in the whirlpool village and found more samples for his experiments.

Nice theory, it really does sound plausible.

I also feel that there might definitely be a connection between the Uzumaki clan (or more accurately, the masks themselves) and death/demons. I noticed for example that the masks all look interestingly similar to the figure to the right on the tower in Amegakure that Pain used as his lair, which was, according to the Ame shinobi, originally built to serve as a graveyard, which I think is very interesting. I personally think that there are still some secrets of the Uzumaki clan that have yet to be revealed, and judging by what we've seen so far, these secrets seem to be a bit dark tbh xd

I had a very similar theory to this one. That Uzamaki had 27 other Fuuinjutsu that summoned different dead demons which produced different effects. However I'm not sure how likely it is.
