I think it's still too early to tell, there's not much to infer from the scan besides the words translating to FTG slash. Wasn't it said that Minato was the inventor of FTG?

If Izuna is Madaras equal, then Tobirama is close to being Hashi's equal. It only make sense why he invented the edo tensei, has a space time ninjutsu which is uncommon, very adept at sensing, and the strongest water released ninja in the narutoverse. He is a true senju after all.

I think it's possible. Tobirama was a pioneer in Space-Time and Forbidden Ninjutsu. Minato probably renamed his Hiraishin after Tobirama's, which was probably just an extremely fast movement (maybe an upgraded version of the Body Flicker, essentially, teleportation). He invented Edo Tensei, which led to Orochimaru studying and perfecting the art and Kabuto completely mastering it as seen through his ability to implement genetics. Despite Tobirama coming off as a racist douche-bag, he truly was a shinobi. Just doing his job I guess.
