Umm ok. First Joey > marik.

Second. The thing about Sakura being one of the best in chakra control. You have to remember she wasnt in her right mind at the time. Flashbacks and crying is a sign of distress, when the mind is easily manipulated and toyed with.

Not trying to take anything away from Sasuke, but if he tries that genjutsu on someone that is prepared or expecting it, I doubt it would have the same effects.

Sakura had nearly no chakra left and used most if not all of her Byakugo chakra on Obito, she was begging Sasuke to come back and suffered visible emotional distress. Of course she fell prey to it. The quality of his Genjutsu is nowhere near Tsukuyomi.

There hasn't been proof Sasuke was better than Naruto since they first met up again in Shippuden. After that meeting Naruto has skyrocketed with Sasuke still close but not stronger.

So its nkt that strong because the ultra elite shinobi of the uchiha clan can perform such jutsu. Even then only Itachis is of this level but his effects time and space whereas sasukes solos upon extremel brutality.
