Well, if it's hard for you to lose bellyfat like it is for me, I'd say you have to do one hour of cardio every single day. And also, refrain from drinking any beverages that contain a lot of sugar and other crap. Like soda.
And 100 slow crunches a day + 100 pushups a day will get you ripped within 2 months. I've been there in 2010. Trying to get at it again.
