I actually like the theory who have made and makes plenty sense.
But in a personal note I think its Naruto the second coming of the sage. The sage wanted peace and harmony and knew how to get it the right way. Nagato wanted peace but was easily manipulated and did it the wrong way. While Naruto's purpose is firm and he never changes. That and Naruto is still very young he will most likely prove himself. I believe he is 17 or 18, right??
But I do understand the meaning of your theory and it was a great read !

It should be clear that the Sage isn't Uzumaki. He's the combo of the perfect Senju and perfect Uchiha.. Uzumaki clan's abilities are only related to Senju and have nothing to do with ocular powers. If the Sage was Uzumaki, the Uzumaki clan would have to encompass both in some way, which they don't.

It completely depends on what the requirements are, to be the second coming of the sage.

You have made certain requirements for yourself, about what makes someone a second coming of the sage
Apparently Madara doesnt meet these requirements, according to you.

If you want Nagato to be the second, than you can make him the second.
You just have to create the requirements that only he meets.

That was the only thing I didnt like about the thread. Because what makes a second sage, is not set in stone in the manga itself. Someone could make Naruto into one by making requirements that only he meets.

Madara, Obito, Nagato, Naruto, you can all see them as second sages or not, dependable on what someone believes, makes a second coming of the sage.

Btw, Nagato his father had black hair, so we dont know for sure if Nagato is a pure Uzumaki or not.

I liked your explanation about the chains of Kushina and the thread in general though. It was a good read.
