Depends if you completely obliterate their brain or not. The arrow is a piercing attack which will pass through and create a hole in a small area, not obliterate her head. Those others you listed also survive the arrow to the head.
No. Not really. You're not surviving an arrow blowing through a hole in your brain that is the size of your fist. Minor damage to the brain could leave you in a case of instantenous death or a vegetable state. Actually getting a whole damn hole blown through your brain will murder you, regardless of regeneration or not. Hidan is an exception because he doesn't have such a concept of death, but blowing a hole through his brain will leave him brain dead and unable to do absolutely anything despite being alive.
Why are you talking about me and what manga proof do you have that this is the case? Not being shown =/= not being able.
The context that ''you'' was used in referred to human beings in general. Which Tsunade is. She is both human, has normal human construction and is mortal despite her vitality. Hyperbole =/= being able. Going back to Kakuzu's statement here. He hasn't shown to be capable of tanking anything at the size of C3 even if he states no physical attack works on him and has fought immensely powerful ninja. Can we now say that Domu not showing tanking feats at the level of C3 doesn't mean he can't do it and now will start using that as an argumentation that he actually tanks something at C3's level?
Depends on the attack but a regular attack isn't instantly killing like it would any other. Still no proof from your part debunking brain damage = instant death nonsense. If Tsunade states she can regenerate any organ without exception, then why would she die instantly from a head injury? If what you are saying were true, Tsunade's statement would be false because it would be impossible to heal brain injuries. Why should I assume a statement from the manga is false before it has been proven false?
Still no proof from your part that Tsunade can heal direct brain damage. There are clear cases that simplistic bullets to the head or a simple bump on the head can kill you nigh-instantly on impact. What exactly do you think happens when an arrow at the size of your fist that when fired affects it's surroundings - as we've shown it ripping through ground and raising up dust by just flying towards it's target - gets rocked into your brain with heavy impact and creates a hole at the size of your fist in the brain? You die. Brain damage can be instantenous especially if it affects the brain-stem.
If what Kakuzu was saying were true, Raiton wouldn't do shit to him. Conclusion? There are obvious and clear cases/exceptions to both of their cases. Until Tsunade can actually heal brain damage at that size and then be capable of fighting, this has no basis to stand on aside from her ''I'm immortal'' statement and her getting some heavy damage to other parts of her body.
Physical attacks won't work against him unless they are much stronger than what he has tanked. In Tsunade's case, the attack's power doesn't matter but the injury she receives from the attack. Getting a small hole in the head doesn't seem that big of a deal like getting split in half. Tsunade being able to die doesn't mean she dies as quick or instantaneously as you are claiming.
Getting body damage like losing her lower half doesn't seem that big of a deal as getting a whole big hole blown through your brain and having the impact from the shot go through it. Kakuzu's case is the same as Tsunade's. Just because they state they can both heal/tank shit doesn't mean they won't die if they get something more impactful.
