Why wouldn't diamond itself one of the hardest materials in the world be as strong as a normal punch Tsunade/Sakura deliver?

That's just the density of his skin, it is almost completely dependent on the force behind the punch.

You do realize not ot believe the databook on the diamond thing? There is no way kakuzu was as hard as diamond.

And it is clearly obvious given all of his biggest strength feats were with his armor as well as common sense as it's adds more power to his strikes.

What exactly are kakuzu's best strength feats? In fact he probably does not have better feats than part 1 tsunade. He was also easily overpowered by matabi so even if he is that durable it might not translate into striking or lifting force.

Plausible if you're referring to the rib cage susanoo!

The physical strength of earth spear is impressive. In addition, Kakuzu has been shown to have surprisingly great speed. He was capable of getting up, moving in front of, and kicking Kakashi before the latter was aware of his actions. This kick had the strength to knock Kakashi a fair distance back as well as break the tree he hit. Add on Earth Spear's strength enhancement and it is plausible that he can break Susanoo's rib cage.

Highly unlikely, but this may be good enough to break a complete Susanoo from behind (if the back side truly is a weakness).

And that is proof he has enough strength to hurt susanoo? The raikage has better feats and he could not scratch it.

We saw that he is super strong. The point I was making is that if he were to tap you on the shoulder with his rock hard skin it wouldn't do anymore damage than a normal tap.
