Drproof, can you tell me ( Or make a theory about ) why Sasuke's EMS is Red on black, and has a red center pupil, where as ALL other sharingan are Black on red? It could mean something.

Actually, Sasuke's MS is symbolic. I don't get the black and red instead of red and black thing, but it may have just been necessary for the design.

Susanoo was exiled to the earth and Tsukuyomi did rule over the underworld and possessed the ability to control time.

Izanagi went down to yomi to get his wife, but she had already ate the fruit of the underworld and was turned to a corpse. Izanami god mad cuz he saw her in her ugly state and I think sent demons after him. Izanagi barely escaped with his life. After the trip he purified himself leading to the creation of Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.

Amaterasu kami is known to be the the mother/ origin of all Japanese ppl.

The only thing that I dont agree with you on is if the abilities are associated with ideology then its possible to have every ability by tricking yourself into believeing every ideology. There has to be something else associated with the abilities. I agree with you assessment of the emotions but I think the emotions drive the eye change completely. If you think back to when Madara awakened his Rinnegan he referenced that it was because he had a near death experience. He also mentioned the final interpretation of the Uchiha stone tablet about finding peace. When he had his near death experience he had finally found peace/tranquility. The rinnegan is the eye of someone who is at peace within themselves. That's why the Sage of Six Paths had the rinnegan he was balanced. If the eye was solely based upon ideology then Sasuke would have had the rinnegan ages ago. That kid flips his ideology every arc. I'm angry and want revenge, now I want to be a crusader and avenge for justice, now I was to be the peace bringer.

Mangekyou Sharingan comes from the lineage of the Uchiha clan. Not from an ideal unless a non-Uchiha awakened MS with the exception of Kakashi since possess Uchiha's DNA.
